My Shihtzu smells terrible, even after being groomed!

Hi, my Shih tzu smells terrible everyday. I think I've tried everything and he still stinks. I see other Shih tzu and they smell like a normal dog. With my Shih tzu, I could take him to the groomer one day and the next day he will stink again. Sometimes, I think it's his breath. I know it's around the face area that smells bad.

NEXT - I would love to see this little guy on a Holisitc and Natural Dog food;
