Shih Tzu puppy died

Question
We purchased a shih tzu puppy on 2/13/10 and he was 8 weeks old when we got him.  My husband was giving him a bath...he poo'd in his crate...and he said that he just stopped breathing.  There was no indication of any health issues before now.  He was a happy little guy and he appeared to be healthy.  Any idea what happened?

Oh Roz and Family -  I am so sorry for the loss of your little puppy.  I wonder if there was a blood clot.  This is very rare.  There is no way for me to help you.  Please talk to the vet and breeder.  Again, So Sorry about this!
