Hi Marie! I just read your response to an itchy shih tzu. My 1 yr. old female Shih Tzu is eating Dog Lovers Gold and I mix a little Dick Van Pattens Natural Balance wet food with it. Sometimes I alternate flavors Liver, chicken, beef, and venison. I heard these were  good grain free foods?? She has also been on Gentizol ear ointment which helps for a while then it comes back. Now she is itiching on the space between her eyes and nose and so I've been cleaning twice daily and throughly drying and putting a bit of neosporin on it. Seems a bit better but she still is itching and Ive noticed she itches her sides by her rib cage and just started scooting on the floor. She doesn't scoot often just once in a while. Her chin is a sore pink color and her body is a healthy pink color no flaky skin or hot spots, but still she is itching her ears, face, and sides. I took her in 1 month ago to have her anal glands cleaned... someone recomended Sea Pet omega-3 fish oil and EVO red meat small bites. What do you think I can do to give her some relief to this non-stop itchiness?

Hi Tina, If I can't help, please see the vet....I wonder if you baby is being hit with Environmental allergies????  ( I am sure she had some food allergies, too)

The Innova EVO small bites is what I would do for your baby:  Do 1/2 the amount of the Dog Lovers Gold and 1/2 of the Innova EVO for 3 weeks.  Then, go 100 % to the Innova EVO only.
You can fee 1-2 teaspoons of the Innova EVO wet canned on Top of the Dry - Dogs love a little wet on the dry food.
