Shih Tzu with rash that doesnt itch ; nuvet and PEARLS;

I have a 9 yr old spayed female Shih Tzu. She is 20 lbs and is fairly active for that age. She always has a puppy cut. In November she got a rash that started out as small pimples that drain and get scaley. It doesn't itch at all. She was first diagnosed with a fungus and had baths with a fungal shampoo. This didn't help. We changed her food from Science Diet I/D to D/D, because they changed I/D formula. She was put on Baytril & Prednisone. The rash cleared up. When she finished the Baytril but was still on Prednisone, the rash retuned in about 3 days. She is back on Baytril, and the rash is gone again.  She has had 2 blood panel tests that were pretty normal-no thyroid, diabetis etc shown. They are testing for Cushings Monday. She seems perfectly fine except for the rash which has never itched her. She does lick her feet, but has always done that. She has started licking her bed, the carpet, etc but not excessively. I am worried what will happen when she goes off Baytril again. She has been on it 2 or 3 weeks and has 2 more weeks to go. She just gets Baytril, Omega 3, Iams treats,& Science Diet D/D. Can you please help us. Small pimples, break open, drain a little, scab over, doesn't itch

Hi Jan, Glad you have seen a Vet for this.  Also, that's great that they have done some testing and blood work:
NOW, let's add a few Natural options :  Sounds like YEAST - Excessive overgrowth related to ? Allergies -  The Paw licking is also related to allergies:  Environmental or food /  can be both.
