Pregnant Boerbull dog

Hello I was wondering if you can please help me.  My dog is approx 61 days pregnant.  Since last night she has been scratching the floor and scratching her bedding.  I have a whelping box for her.  Are these signes that she is going to have her pups soon? Should i start putting her in the room to get familiar with the box where she is going to have her pups

Yes she should be in the whelping box to get her use to it.  Line the box with old newspaper, she'll want to shred it and make a nest.

She can keep the nesting up for a week, so you may still have time.
