alternative to spaying

Could you please tell me if there's an alternative to spay my female boxer.She's 10 months old and full of energy ,and i'm afraid that she will rip her stitches while playing,i might want to breed her in the future,now she's to young.

When you start "messing with Mother Nature" you have a greater risk of not being able to produce in the future and if you are considering breeding her later you want her heat cycles to be working normally.  

If keeping an intact female restricted for a month twice a year isn't feasible, then the alternative to regular stitches is doing laser surgery.  It's clean and non-evasive.
