bowel control

I have a 4 month old male bulldog that I have had for 2 months now. He doesn't seem to know when he is peeing or pooping. I never find a pile of poop anywhere. Its always a little here and a little there. When he's playing or just walking around it will come out his backend a little bit at a time while he just keeps playing and pooping at the same time. seemingly oblivious to the fact that he's pooping at all. Ever hear of this problem before, if so have any of them gotten better? Please help.

Well, he's still a little dude and male puppies are pretty oblivious to just about anything but food and toys.

You might try a food that will firm up his poop a bit. Give Eukanuba puppy food a try and see if this helps. Make the change over gradually so as not to exaserbate the problem.

He's still very much a baby.  I'm sure this will resolve itself with time. Just be patient with him.
