idiopathic head tremors

Mattie Mae My year & half spayed eb was just diagnosed with these tremors. I am trying all over the remedies suggested on the internet, honey, yogurt, caressing, toys, etc. nothing has helped as of yet. she is on a lamb & brown rice kibble and sojos fuit & veggie food. i am desperate for help in treating and controlling her tremors.
