Question
I just pikced up a 4 mo. old American Bulldog from a Breeder Monday evening.  She was 1 of three sisters left in the litter, and the most shy, and quiet one, not a peep from her.  Its is now Wednesday Morning, she is not very active, has only urinated once since Monday Night, and has not pooped, she is eating and very lovable, but very shy, and non-active, refuses to go outside, but hasnt had any accidents inside...should I be worried about her? Is it too cold outside for her, its about 10 degrees here in Parma, Ohio this past week; I am worried, I dont know if most puppies are shy and timid, and non-playful? Is she just scared and getting use to us? Please help me...
Thanks-
Emily

Answer
Hi Emily, you little bullie kid is in shock... NEW mom and new pack for her.  Yes, I understand your concern about the eating and pooping...
Yes, 10 degrees is cold for her but not awful.  How about getting her a little coat and some booties.  She is also just upset from leaving her old pack!

Let's talk about foods and vitamins after she is settled in.
She may need a better food ???? Don't know what you are feeding now?
GET back to me with flavor and brand.

Just give her lots of love and hugs.  She will snap out of it.  Make sure she is drinking well.
