I have a 6 month old english bulldog that has got pimples in the last week,Before he got these pimples my breeder told me to start giving him salmon oil 1 pill in the am and 1 in the pm.After about 5 days of doing this we noticed these red bumps on his chin and under his neck.I don't know if this salmon oil is the cause or not,but she states her other puppy are doing fine .I also have him on the nuvet wafers 2 a day for the first month is what i was reconmend from nuvet due to him getting Demodex he is in his 3 dipping from the vet.Any advice would help seems like i take 3 steps forward and 2 backards.Also i have been feeding Royal Canin scents birth.After doing some research and talking to my breeder we have started feeding Innova puppy for 3 days.

Hi Harley and Family: Yes, NuVet and Innova Puppy are great choices.
I would cut down on the Salmon oil to 1 per day long term.
The DEMODEX is the main problem ---- it takes some time to Build up the immune system.
The DIPS are poison and cause "other" problems to your pet's skin.
The Dips also help to place Stress on the Immune System:
Please continue with the NuVET long term - you can go down to just 1 per day next month.
NuVET will help to re-build the poor immune system that comes along with the Mange mites.
Your baby did get this condition from his MOMMA.... That's the only way he obtained this conditon.
His immune system was too weak to fight off the mites.
All MOMMAs and pups have mange mites ( Demodex)..... Many pups will fight off the mite population so it doesn't take control. They all have mites on the skin from nursing on Momma. It's a common problem and all to do with a Weak immune system.
