different collars?

I was just curious if having multiple collars is a common thing.  I just purchased an $80 leather Paco Collar, but would it be a good idea to get a walking collar?  I'm asking because I've seen people walk their dogs with their leather collars and some sort of metal chain/collar.  If it is a good idea what sort of chain would you recommend?  Obviously, I would only put it on when we go out for our walks.  Thanks.

If your dog is well trained to walk on a leash, there's no reason to use a chain choak collar. You have more control with a choak collar, but again, if you've trained your dog well, you don't need one necessarily.

Just about all trainers use choak collars in their classes, but there's no reason to use it outside of class unless your dog is hard to manage.
