heavy breathing

hey  my puppy is about 8 weeks old and she is breathing really heavy and her heart is pounding!! should i be concerned? is it normal? what could the symptoms be?

That does not sound normal.  But it will all depend on what she has been doing.

If she has been running around and is excited, it could be normal.

If she doesn't calm down, you should see a vet.  If you notice this happening again, for no reason, you should see a vet.
