Urination issues

Question
My bully is 1 1/2 old, she continues to urinate in her crate. It has been this way
since she was a puppy. If she sleeps with us, it doesn't happen. Note we only
crate her at night, it's her little bed. I keep forgetting to ask our vet. She just got
checked for a urinary infection and everything was fine.  I know that it isn't
normal for a dog to pee in there crate in the first place. What should I do?

This could be spite, it could be territorial, it could be just laziness.

Pick up her water around 6 p.m. and take her out as late as possible to pee. Then put her in an empty crate, no bedding, no paper, no nothing, a bare crate. This should help.
