English Bulldog Shedding/ knot on head

Monty My English bulldog (male) is 5 years old and has began to shed ALOT. He has also developed a knot on his head that seems to be getting larger. Any suggestions on how to stop the shedding? I have a call in to my vet regarding the knot..any suggestions on what this knot may be?

I suggest that you see a vet. The knot could be something serious. There is always a possibility that the knot could be something that would cause shedding.

If the shedding is not related, then you should try changing dog food. Make sure to always feed a high quality dog food to your bulldog!!!
