staph

Question
My bulldog has developed chronic staph due to allergies.  The medicine the vet prescribed worked at first. But as soon as he is finished it comes right back. the medicine doesn't seem to work anymore and I was wondering if the is a homeopathic approach that I can take.  He just look awful and It is all over his body. He has scratched and gnawed himself raw..If you can point me into a direction I would be so grateful.  Thanks Dawn
