7 month old jess a boxer pup developed kennell cough end of january she has had diorriaha  since . For  the last 2 weeks has been passing blood dispite several visits to vets this is continueing she eats nothing else but james welbeloved food how can I cure this now on metronidazole tablets 200mm 2 a day for 10 days

You should get her on vitamins and something to boost her immune system, like echinachia and golden seal. You can find it in the vitamins section of Wal-Mart and give the human dosage. It won't hurt her at all.

You should also feed her a very bland diet until the diarrhea stops or at least is under control. No spicy table food or treats. If you can get her to eat raw chicken, it will actually be a big help. Raw chicken bones won't hurt a dog, only after they're cooked. She can have chicken necks and backs, 2 or 3 a day, no wings, there's not enough meat to make a different. Protein is what she needs to gain her strength back.
