Why do bulldogs have so many wrinkles? And why do they pooop alot?

Answer
Well, I can answer the poop question:  If you are feeding a low cost food with alot of corn fillers, then they will poop 2-4 x per day.

If you are feeding a quality food that is meat and very little fillers ( corns), then the poop will be smaller and formed.

( only 1-2 poops per day and better sized - smaller)
