Question
Hi,

I adopted a 7 month old bulldog. The previous owner gavem e veterinary  papers, and the dog got immunized initally, but never recieved any of the boosters. Now my vet after examining him says he is in good health, but just needs to get all the immunizations again as if he were a brand new pup.

is this dangerous?

Also I am getting ihm neutered as well... would it be wise to chop his boys off while he has the vaccines in his body?

Thanks!

Answer
How many vaccinations did the dog get initially? If he got at least 2, preferrably 3, there's absolutely no need to revaccinate. If you email me directly I have an excellent article on over vaccination you might be interested in.

I would go ahead and get him neutered right away if possible.
