Large bump

Hi! My question is relating to a large bump I have just discovered on my dog.  It is on her rib cage and it about the size of an egg.  She just got routine shots a week ago.  Is it related or what could the bump be?

If this is the place where she received the shot, it could be a sterile absess. You can put a hot(not too hot) washcloth on it for 10 minutes, 3 times a day and see if it goes down. It also could be some kind of bite, spider perhaps?

Give her a benadryl and see if it helps. If it gets larger, off to the vet. If it doesn't start going down by the weekend, off to the vet as well.
