English Bulldogs male and female fighting

Question
I have a 8 month old female English bulldog and a male thats 7.5 months. I got them from the same breeder, but they are not brother and sister. I've had them from the age of 12 weeks. They are starting to fight, very bad fights. This has been going on for 3 or 4 days now. They stare at each other and then just lock horns biting. Normally the make is bleeding afterwards. I wanted to try and breed them later on down the road. But maybe i need to have him fixed? Could this help with the fighting? I love bonnie and clyde both, but i can't handle the fighting. I've not gotten bit but i have a feeling i will if they keep it up. I have to but one in the cage for a while then they seem to be fine. I always starts when she is laying under my feet at the computer and he walks by and he'll stop and bark at her or just look at her. Her head will rise up and she glares at him and she's off. Please help, I don't know what to do. Thank you for  your time.
