Bulldogge eats like a bird

Question
I have a 10 week female Olde English Bulldogge that I picked up a 4 days ago.  She was the runt of the litter (although she doesn't act like it) and is currently 13 lbs.  I know this isn't unusually small, but I can see the reason she was the runt is because she just isn't very interested in eating.  I have to dilute her food in a bunch of water so it looks like soup, or she won't even try to eat it.  I feed her 1/4 cup Iams Puppy 6 times a day in order to make sure she gets about 1 1/2 cups a day.  I'd prefer to give her 2 cups, but she just wouldn't eat that much.  While she's eating, she'll just take two bites and then wants to play.  I have to keep coaxing her back to get her to eat.  Before she even finished 1/4 cup, she acts like she's full and it is really hard to convince her to finish.  Lastly, because she needs so much water with her food, she rarely drinks from her water dish.  For some reason, if it isn't dog food tea, she isn't interested.  Is there a solution to this?  Is there even anything wrong?  So far, she seems very healthy and energetic, so I'm haven't been super concerned yet.

Answer
I would put down a dish of dry food and a bowl of water and walk away. She will eat. Right now she's filling up on the water that you're making "soup" with. Don't worry. She'll eat when she's hungry and it may take her a couple of days to get with the program. I would free feed her, meaning, leave food down all day until 5 p.m. and then pick it up. Pick up her water by 6. That's plenty of time for her to eat.

You're a good puppy Dad.
