English bull dog odour

My english bull dog stinks! She is bathed regularly but she smells like fish most of the time. What could be causing this?  

Answer
It sounds like she has some type of infection either uterine or urinary tract. If you can get a pee sample off to the vet, it would be a good idea.

I've found the best way to accomplish this is to take the dog out on a leash and put a Frizbee on the ground.  When she squats to pee, slide the Frizbee under her. It's easy to do and you don't spill any either!

Don't put this off, all kidding aside.
