weird behavior

yes we recently got a ten month old deaf bulldog. she was fine and acted fine for the first couple of weeks. now she barks alot and nibbles at the air and acts like she is trying to reach her bottom or something. we are scared something is wrong but don't want to over act. please help

It sounds like she either has worms or impacted anal glands.

Get her into the vet for a check up and bring along a fecal sample for him to examine.

She should also be put on some type of flea preventative. If she's had a serious flea problem, she should also be wormed for tapeworms which won't show up in a regular stool sample.
