Face lift

Caesar, our 9mo 60lb. is going in for surgery (laser not scapel) 4/9/07 for soft palate removal (his breathing), neuturing, and a face lift (fold above his nose). His fold continues to stay infected no matter how much we use antibiotics, baby wipes and keep it dry. Are there any options?

Unfortunately at this stage of the game, you have few options. People tend to over clean wrinkles which causes them to get sores. Once this starts it's almost impossible to get rid of them in a dog with heavy wrinkles. You're probably making the best decision for your dog.
