10-month old bullie likes to run!

Hi, everytime we take Winston for a walk, he likes to sprint for a
block, then he rests and carries on running. Is this normal? Can we
use  a choke collar to discipline him? Any hint will be wellcome.

This behavior isn't necessarily "normal" but it's unacceptable. Find a good obedience class for Winston and it will do him a world of good on all fronts. No, don't use a choke collar on him ever. This isn't a control issue, it's a respect issue. Obedience is the answer.
