My English Bulldog Limping!

Question
Hello, When I got up this morning to let my English bulldog out of her pen she refused to get up. I called her a couple times and she tried a couple of times to get up but I could tell she was favoring her right rear leg. Once I got her up I checked her right leg, hip and foot area and didn't find anything wrong. I massaged the area for about 20 minutes and she started putting pressure on the leg. She didn't act as if she was in any pain when I touch the area. I took her outside and we walked around the block, she did fine but was limping at times. We got home she took a nap, and when she got up the same thing started all over again. I called my vet and he wants me to bring her in tomorrow. Shes 5 months old and eats California Nature Dog Food. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Answer
Hi Sean, Well, I am glad your vet will see her soon.  They need to check this out with an x-ray.  She is only 5 months old so it may just be a muscle spasm.... The vet can check her over and make sure her hips and joints are growing properly.

Let me know what happens with the vet visits?
OK,
Good Luck
