bulldog is having diarhhea

hi we have a 1 year old bulldog this morning me and my dad noticed that he had diarrhea with a little bit of blood on it.should we worry about that? he only had it for one day and we are going to check him tomorrow if it still doing the same thing? what should we do? thank you for ur help

There's always cause for concern when you see bloody diarrhea. It could be a virus. It could be parasites. It could be an obstruction.

Even if you don't see it today, get a stool sample in to your vet asap and have him take a look at it to determine what, if anything, is brewing.

If your dog becomes lethargic and won't eat, rush him to the vet immediately.
