Question
My family and I are planning to adopt a English Bulldog puppy in the near furtutre.  And, I have been researching dog foods and came across Evo by Innova which is an all stage line high protien, low carb, and no grain.  Small bites contain 42% protien and 22% fat.  Is this OK for a puppy or is  puppy food better?  And, should you soak the food with water?  Thanks for you assistance.

Answer
This food is way too high in both protein and fat for a Bulldog puppy. You need something around 28% protein and 10-12% fat. You don't want them to grow too fast and stress their joints. Slow growth is good for Bulldogs. Soaking food shouldn't be necessary, just nice clean water in a separate bowl should be fine.
