Older English Bulldog urinating alot

Question
My roommate has an English Bulldog that is 7 years old and recently has been urinating in both of his crates (one in his parents room and the other near the kitchen, a popular place). He has also urinated IN his parents bed in the middle of the night while they were asleep (he was sleeping with them in bed that particular night), not only that but he laid back down in it and went back to bed. Tonight he peed on his blanket I provide him when he comes into my room, luckily it was on the floor and not on my bed like it normally is. We're all very worried about this as this is not a normal thing for him to do, yet it has been happening more frequently for the past month or so. The mom said he drank a lot of water and maybe that's why he peed in my room. Is this normal for an older English Bulldog? I tried googling the question about frequent urination for English Bulldogs and Cushing's disease came up. Could that be an issue? I would appreciate a response at your convenience and thank you for your time in reading this.

Answer
Amanda,

That is one of the symptoms for Cushing's disease.  Does he have any other symptoms?

Here is a good website with a lot of good info:  http://www.kateconnick.com/library/cushingsdisease.html

It would be a good idea to see a vet.  Tell them your suspicion about Cushing's disease. It is treatable.  Even if it is not that, those symptoms warrant a vet visit.
