weight for a male 1yr old english bulldog

my dog weighs about 5o pds. he will be 1 on aug.29th. he also eats his waste when left in his cage...please help me

Apparently the dog is being left in his crate for extended periods of time. He doesn't like having to soil his crate so he gets rid of it. You should probably adjust your schedule so he can get outside more often.

If this problem has been ongoing for quite a while, it's now become a habit.
