10 week old bully fell 3 feet to the ground

I'm worried about my English bulldog shes only 10 weeks old shes already been to the vet she is healthy but today my sister in law tried to pick her and and she squirmed out of her arms and fell landed right on her chin about 3 feet high on the wooden floor she got up and went right to her bed ever since shes been real playful and even barking a lot something she hasn't done much of since I've had her for about 1 week now my wife says I'm over reacting what do you think?

You're very lucky. A fall like this could potentially kill a puppy. Because your question runs together, I can't tell if your puppy is playing or not. If she is, she's fine.  If she isn't, I would take her to the vet just to be on the safe side.

Try dropping your wife on her head from about 3' above the ground and ask how she feels after the fact.
