Is my bullie pregnant?

I have a male and a female bulldog.  My female is in heat and the other day my daughter found them "stuck" together.  I've been told it is very difficult for them to mate but I assume this is what was happening.  When they finally came apart a bunch of liquid spilled from the female.  Could she be pregnant?  How will I know and what steps should I take?  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

There's a very good chance that your female is pregnant. If you have no experience with caring for pregnant dogs or dealing with a c-section delivery and the possibility of hand feeding around the clock, I suggest you get her to the vet and have her aborted. Once that is taken care of, may I suggest you have one or the other or even better, both altered so this doesn't occur again.  Never take it for granted that two dogs can't manage a breeding if left to their own devices.
