Question

Precious
okay i have a 6 month english bulldog, she is our baby and we have never had an english bulldog so we are worried she might be sick, she fights with our cat all of the time both of them are up to date on their shots, well i took her to the doctor about 2 weeks ago and he said she is healthy, but every once in a while her eyelids will droop, and water, it doesnt seem to bother her but then the next morning it will be fine, it comes and goes alot, my husband thinks its her fighting with the cat, but im worried. She also has been scratching under her front two legs (her arm pits) and its really red, ive never seen fleas and my cat doesnt itch, im just wondering what could cause these problems, thanks a bunch

Answer
HOW is your English bullie kid doing?  Any more allergy problems for your bullie?

Oh, Holly !  I love the photo of Precious....thanks
Yes, I bet this kid has some seasonal environmental allergies.
VERY common in the Bullie breeds.

Here is what I would do for her:

Every day - wipe her eye area and folds with a non-scented moist baby wipe.

Next - give her 1 NuVET Vitamin wafer daily - this is an immune system booster and Allergy blaster... GREAT for the Seasonal allergies.
Or, she could even be allergic to your cat - Did you know that dogs can be allergic to cats?  ( it does happen sometimes)

The NuVET wafer program will help her to fight off the allergies that are hitting her and making the eyes puff and water.

Don't worry , this is not a drug and is safe...

**another thing ---  Make sure you are adding a good oil to her food each day - Good for skin, coat , and joints, legs , hips.
Salmon oil - I love the Grizzley brand of PURE salmon oil liquid.
I would add 1 tablespoon per day ( just 1 x per day ) mixed into her dog food.

Keep me posted!
I know the NuVET will help a bunch.
Also, when the eyes are very bad, MOST vets will tell you to give a 25 mg Benadryl at bedtime... ( just one each night)
Ask your vet about Benadryl during your next shot visit.

Good luck guys!
