spits up alot

I just got this breed of bulldog and why do they spit up alot for no apparent reason.
I give him the best feed, worming etc

I truly do not know the true answer as to why I just know that they do spit with no illness.
They can be playing hard and just stop and spit up.
Dealt with it for years as I love the English Bulldogs.  also the Boston that spit also?:
I am sorry but I truly cannot explain othe than the fact the trachea is bent on this breed making breathing more difficult so they need to be kept cool, but that might have something to do with spitting alot, give a tsp of pept or tbsp of canned pumkin
