biting my feet & leg

Question
I have a 10 week puppy that I can not stop from biting my feet and legs when I'm walking him. I have cuts that relly hurt and this needs to stop. He has on a harness and I push him away and say no. At first I was able to say ouch loud but not any more. Please help!

Teach him the SIT command.  When he does this make him sit and wait.  Also, take along a spray bottle of water add a tad bit vinegar and spray his face and louder say a firm NO STOP NOW.  Or, Reach down and grab the back of his neck a handful of hair, shake it back and forth and also kinda pinch him while doing this, be loud and firm in commands and use your pointer finger, look into his eyes while saying NO.
He will soon quit and find it no fun anymore when you become the boss.
