Should I be concerned if I have a 15 month old female bulldog that has not had her first heat yet?

Hello Chauncey - give your female bullie a few more months.  Your vet can do a blood test on hormone levels after she is 18 months old.
Don't worry - just make sure you are feeding good foods and a good supplement.
