Red bald spot

My Victorian Bulldog Zac, one year old male, other wise very healthy has a few red bald spot the size of a dime under his chest. Any advise!

Hello Yvon and Zac :  Please bring Zac to the vet for a skin scrape.  You want to rule out mange mites or any other skin parasite.  
Please let me know what the vet says?

I would love to help with food or supplements but the Vet appointment is needed ASAP.
