Question
I have 2 english bulldogs, male 6 years, female 7 years. Recently added a Dachsund (4 months ago). It has become a daily occurrence breaking up a dog fight. Our male only makes eye contact with the female and he then attacks her. She however, will NOT let go of him once they start fighting. I've tried muzzles, and as you know, they just don't fit their snout since they really don't have one.

Answer
Situations like this always baffle me. You had 2 perfectly happy family members. You felt compelled to add a puppy to the mix and now the older two are at each other's throats. This is all a jealousy/possessive issue and it's not going to get better.  Either you find a place for your new puppy or be prepared to put up with this fighting until one of them dies.
