getting a bulldog

Hello,

I plan on getting a labrador retriever early next year and was thinking about getting a bulldog as well.  I do like to go running, but have read that Bulldogs get tired easily...when I go running with my labrador, should I leave the bulldog at home, or what is the best way to go about that?  Also, would the two breeds get along?  I wanted to get the labrador first and the bulldog either at the same time or a few months later.  Please let me know what you think.

I think this is a bad idea. Chances are the Lab will play with the Bulldog to death, literally. You can't raise a high energy dog like a Lab with a short, fat little dog who can barely breath and expect good things to happen. I think they would get along, but I don't think the Bulldog will survive.
