Question

Sid and Mac Hi Maria, we have 2 male English Bull Dogs. Sid is 3.5 yrs (neutered) and Mac is 6 mths (not yet neutered). Over the last week or so, the older Bully Sid has started to try and hump Mac the puppy. It doesn't see to be done in 'meanness'. No fighting, no running away, no biting. Mac does not just give in to it but is very playful with Sid about it. IS this a dominate thing by Sid to say his is the older one and leader of his pack? We are getting Mac neutered this month. Will that help with this? Thanks from all of us.

I believe Sid is showing dominance over Mac.

Yes, I think the neutering will help.
