QuestionHello again! I have 2 EBD who are my babies. Jazzy (female) is 1 1/2 years and Cowboy (male) is 6 years old. They shed ALOT. There is hair everywhere! Their food is Innova dry and snacks are pupperoni, milkbones, dog turkey jerky, and Mother Hubbard snacks. They get a bath 2x a month with oatmeal shampoo. They get brushed about 2x a week. Anything that will cut down on the hair? It looks like a have white carpet!!! i actually have hardwood floors! What kind of brush should I use? I have Petsmart and Jeffers that i shop at. Thanks again!

Hello Terrie - Yes, I would be glad to help you and your Bullie kids.
Cowboy and Jazzy need to have only grain -free dog treats.
So, please give away the Milkbones.... too much corn in them.
I would love to see your bullies taking the NuVET supplements each day - skin and coat healer and will keep Away the ear infections and helps to Control the shedding. Also, the NuVET folks make a wonderful Tea tree oil Shampoo - it sure does help with the dry skin and shedding.
Call NuVET and ask them for the NuVET Plus Wafers - Each dog will need 2 per day for the first 10 days and then you can cut them down to just 1 1/2 NuVET wafers per day....LONG term- they are a nice treat.
Ask for a 90 count of NuVET every 45 days - Start them on the 2 per day each. YOU many need to do 2 per day for the summer season and in the Winter you can cut down to 1 or 1 1/2 per day.
1-800-474-7044 ( use order code 81098 and ask them about the 15 % off -MUST call in .
here is the web site -
NuVET Plus http://www.nuvet.com/81098
Ask them for a bottle of the hot spot tea tree oil shampoo - Use this 3 x per month
Ask for a brush - use a slicker brush - very helpful to get rid of the dry dead fur/hair.
The big change will be in 3 weeks on the NuVET PLUS.
Also, Please pick up some Vitamin E - give each dog (1) of a 150 IU of Vit E per day for 2 months - after that, give (1) every-other-day long term.
YOU are feeding a good food - but I would do less in treats - If you want, give them some Canned green beans - rinse out the excess salt and add 1 teaspoon of Olive oil - you can cook them in the Oil or just serve from the can and add the 1 teaspoon of oil.
Just 1 can per day split between the two kids. Green beans are good for them and the olive oil is excellent.
