Question
We just recently adopted a female 4 year old english bulldog. Before we brought her home we brought our 2 boys and our other male 2 year old bulldog to see her. When they were all together they were great. We have had her for about 2 weeks now. Since she has been been in our home the dogs have faught at least once a day, to the point where we have to pull them apart. They all ways end up bloody afterwards. I have come to the conclusion that she is going after my male because of my children. My son is 8 and very close to my male bulldog. I dont want to give her up, but cant have her attacking my male when ever my children are around thinking my male is a threat. Do you have any advice on how I can break her of this, or is keeping here a losing battle. Twila

Answer
Hello Twila:  it was so nice of you to adopt the 4 year old EBD.!!!
I understand your problem and need you to ask the Experts here:
They are Behavior experts:

It appears that you have a female that wants to be the Alpha of the pack.  With some work, I believe this can be somewhat reversed.
