American/English Bulldog skin issue

We have a 5 yr old female American/English bull dog.  She is suffering terrible with itching, bumps & skin odor.  We have taken her to the vet & spent way too much of temporary fixes including steriods.  Is there anything that we can do to really help our baby?

These dogs are notorious for skin problems.

My first suggestion would be to have allergy testing done, a complete work up. It's expensive but at least you would know what's causing these symptoms.

Secondarily, I would put her on a natural food. I use Nutra Source which I believe has made huge difference in my dogs. Wellness is also good or Innova.  It's worth a try but give a new food about a month before you make an assessment.
