12 year old English Bulldog

Question
I have a white English bulldog.  He is 12 years old and has not been fixed.  In the last 2 years he has been having health problems.  I will give you the list and see if you can help me.
1.  Smells coming from his mouth, ears and skin smell like rotting flesh.
2.  His urine in very dark yellow and stinks very badly.
3.  He is very moody and has started fighting with our American Bulldog who is 13.
4.  He drinks so much water that he will throw up.  We have to stop him.
5.  He has places on his body that look like scales and they are oozing.
6.  He is losing his fur and has places that are inflamed and oozing yellow and black stuff.  
7.  We can bathe him and he stinks as soon as we are done.
8.  When you dry him off with a towel, rub his skin it smells very badly and will make you sick to smell.
9.  His skin is very red on his underbelly.
10.  He is not wanting to eat and just lay around.
Please tell me what to do.  I feel like he is suffering.

I strongly suggest you visit your vet.  Those symptoms are very severe.  

12 years old is pretty old for a bulldog - but regardless of that, with the symptoms you listed, you will probably have to make a decision as to how much testing or treatment you want have done.
