Question
QUESTION: Hi Maria, I have talked to you a few times about my bulldog. She is 2 years old, she is fixed, she does not have any ticks or fleas and has been doing great after I started using the wellness core ocean, the nuvet plus, the Nuvet tea tree oil shampoo and the flora force. I have been using these products for more than 1 month.  She does not scratch herself anymore and this is amazing! The only problem that did not change is the smells that she still has  between her paws and close to her nose. Those areas gets always very moist. I have been using the nuvet spray that you told me but seems to me that every time that I use it gets more moist. I would like to know if you could help my baby one more time. Thank you so much for your help and attention. My baby is doing great because of you.

ANSWER: Hi Tatiana - NuVET success Story!!! Great! In only 1 month you have seen results with a NuVET supplement, tea tree NuVET shampoo; and the Wellness Core grain free feeding...
No more scratching...
I am sooooo happppppy for you!

***for the odor / YEAST
As far as the smell between her paw pads - this is yeast and it takes time to get rid of excess yeast bacteria.  ( overgrowth)...
Use less of the hot spot spray and add some Probiotics to your program... I love this one : Flora Force -
Just 1 Flora force per day for 60 days will do the trick..
This is very low cost and All Natural - good for her skin and Gut, too
see here:  ( For pets and the Humans, too)
Flora Force ( probiotic)

As far as the NuVET wafers - Keep it up - NuVET will blast the allergies and strengthen the immune system .  NuVET should be given very long term : SAFE and Natural...

Thanks for the testimonial!
Glad you are having such Quick Results

QUESTION: Hi marie, As I told in my first e-mail I have already been giving to her the flora force for over 1 month. I gave to her 2 caps. for the first 10 days and then just 1. Could I use something in her paws to help her out? Thank you.

Answer
Itchy Dog Bath - If you feel like a good recipe : try making this bath for your itchy dog paws... smelly paws:

This bath can soothe rashes, bites, and just plain itching......

1 Cup rolled oats
1/2 cup corn starch
1/4 cup lavender buds
1/4 cup chamomile buds (flowers)

First, use a food processor/blender to finely powder your oats. When they are powdered, add the lavender and chamomile. Blend together to as fine a powder as you can.
Mix in the cornstarch by hand, just enough at a time so it doesn't clump.

Now place all your ingredients into a cloth pouch (muslin or some similar fabric bag, 'tho I used an old knee-high nylon stocking), tie it off and throw it into a lukewarm bath for your puppy or dog. The water will be nice and milky
(you may have to squeeze the pouch in it a few times).

Try & soak your puppy/dog in it for about 10 minutes if you can, using a cup or pitcher to get his/her head, chin, and neck wet with the soothing water too.

There is nothing in this recipe to do any harm if it accidentally gets into eyes or mouth. No need to rinse, but you can.........lightly..........if you want to.

Make sure the water is not too hot, as any excess heat will only cause the itching reaction to worsen.

*This is a great bath for YOU, too!!!*

I used this recipe on my Aussie Holiday when she was doing nothing but scratching & biting herself and no reason could be found for it. It helped TONS........bonus was her coat was so nice and soft afterward and stayed that way.

Sorry, Yes, I did see that....
The Yeast takes some time to get under control.
I would continue with the Flora Force for another few months at 1 per day.
You can get some EMT gel - this will allow the area to heal - any areas that seem to be open.
EMT gel looks like this - it allows the area to breath and heal.

You can also give some x-tra NuVET for another few weeks -
I always offer a little x-tra for dogs with tough problems.

I am so glad things are working for you.  In another few weeks let's hope the paw smell will be gone.

Keep me posted
