Bulldog seems Small

Question
I have a 3 month old English bulldog female.  She has been growing fine around her stomach and chest but her head and paws seem to not be growing at all. Please advise thank you

Puppies grow in stages.  Usually the head is the last thing to mature and very late that that, like a year sometimes more.  As far as the paws, the feet she has is the feet she'll have forever.  Either puppies are going to have big feet or they're not. It's not something that grows over time.
