bumps & infection in bulldog wrinckles

My 2 year old Bulldog Zeke has blister like bumps in his wrinkles.We clean his wrinkles every day but for some reason it seems very raw in his wrinckles.What would help my baby?

The problem is you're cleaning his wrinkles too often. They're obviously sore. Give him a break and just clean once a week for a while. Put something soothing in his wrinkles for now, like an antibiotic ointment and just let him be. Once the soreness is gone, simply wipe his wrinkles with a baby wipe and then either use the ointment in the wrinkles or even baby powder will do.

For all intents and purposes, once a week should be sufficient.
