Eyes

Question
I have an english bull dog and she is 6 years old.  She is a beautiful dog.  In the past she has got dry patches and would loose hair in those patches and then it would grow back and she has had times when her ear would get very red and she will not let you touch it. Recently she has had problems with her eyes.  She gets like a green film over them.  We have bathed her eyes with a warm wash cloth and then it returns.
Can you advise with this new problem.
