Dog is peeing in crate

I have a American Bulldog, who seems to keep peeing and potting in her crate.  She uses the outside to do her business as well. But I cant get her to stop peeing and potting in the crate.  I tried using differnt methods of training sprays, but it's something about her crate that she loves to use the bathroom in it.  Can you offer any advice?

You didn't mention how old this girl is or is she has been spayed or not. Sometimes spayed females will become dirty like this when they get older. If she's not spayed, she may be getting ready to come in season too. There are many possibilities.

If she's a puppy, this is behavior she will eventually outgrow. If you're putting anything in her crate for comfort, a blanket, towel, even paper, stop.  Just give her the bare crate.  If the crate is large, you might try the next size smaller, giving her less room to use and therefore maybe she'll not like being in the mess if she can't get away from it.

Of course the obvious, is to cut out food and water after 6 p.m. at night and give her plenty of opportunities to use the outside to do her business.
