my ten month old british bull dog has only 1 testicle, do you think there is chance that it may drop if so can i breed him

At this point in time, the other testicle will not come down. Monorchidism is a hereditary defect and dogs who have this problem should never be used for breeding.

Secondarily, you should get your dog neutered asap in order to prevent any serious health issues associated with this condition, most notably, cancer.
